7.5.1 The Contractor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all records, services and other materials about the Client's personal or professional business (the "Confidential Information").
7.5.2 The Contractor further agrees not to disclose or use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than providing Services under this Agreement.
7.6.1 This Agreement can only be amended or modified if both parties agree to and sign off on the changes in writing.
7.6.2 No spoken changes shall be accepted as valid.
7.7.1 Any event of force majeure that prevents either Party from fulfilling their contractual duties, shall not be regarded as a breach of contract.
7.7.2 Force majeure is a concept that includes extraordinary events such as divine interventions, wars and armed conflicts, pandemics, civil unrest and other natural disasters.
7.7.3 In any event of force majeure, either Party shall be excused from their obligation for as long as said conditions last.
7.7.4 After the consequences of force majeure have been addressed, all involved Parties must return to their designated roles.
