How to Download InstallShield 2012 and Later

The InstallShield product download is accessible via the Product and License Center. This center allows you to:

Download products Download related product files Generate new license files Download previously generated license files View detail about products and files that have been downloaded from this site.

Note : You can submit a request for a new member account, as long as you have your Account ID number. This information is listed in the Order Confirmation email that would have been forwarded to the person who purchased one of the following:

InstallShield Premier InstallShield Professional InstallShield Express InstallShield Standalone Build InstallShield Collaboration

If you do not currently have access to the confirmation email, please contact your company's purchasing agent.

To submit a request or register to become a member of your company's account in the Product and License Center:

Visit the Product and License Center Login Web site Click the Join New Account link. This will open the Join New Account page. Complete the form and click the Submit button.

The new member request will be forwarded to your account administrator and once approved, your Product and License Center Login ID and Password will be delivered to the email address you provided in the Join New Account form.

To access the InstallShield product download via the Product and License Center:
  1. Login to the Product and License Center.
  2. If applicable, select the InstallShield product from the Product List .
  3. Select the applicable product version from the Product and File Downloads list. (Note: If applicable, clicking the Release Archive tab will give you access to previous versions of InstallShield.)
  4. Select the file you wish to download.
  5. Click the download hyperlink or select one of the Advanced Download Options .
