Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure data quality. Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes. Facilitate requirements gathering, design and status update meetings with business units, internal developers, and vendors to ensure strategic data projects milestones are met and project goals are completed. Participates in user acceptance testing and testing of new system functionality to ensure reporting and data quality are sufficient. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent job-related experience. Minimum of at least three (3) years of experience related to hospital or managed care credentialing. Minimum of at least three (3) years of experience related to credentialing software database, preferable MD-Staff. Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred.
